The death on 29th march, 2011 of AKSHYA TYAGI was 3rd death in last 2
years in IIIT Allahabad.Students told that it was all because of
management negligence of the institute.So on 31th March students started
the protest.It was called off on Apr 6, 2011.This is not the only
incident that shows the confilcts between students and the
institutes.There have been many such conflicts so far.Most of these
incidents took place in reputed institutes,like IITs,NITs,IIITs and
other national level institutes.Here i am trying to find out the basic
causes behind the scene.

Students studying in various institutes dream of a bright future .For that their guardians pay the fee to the institutes.Institutes have certain responsibilities for the students.Responsibilities like providing a better campus environment so that they can think and focus for their career.For this purpose institute has authorities/officials/management staff.
But there are many flaws in this system which are the cause of the situation.These can be pointed as following:
1.Poor infrastructure including hostels,mess,transport etc of the institutes thought management has enough resources (specially in government institutes).There are very good rented flats or PGs available in cost of the hostel and mess fee paid to the institute.
2.Undeserving/inexperienced faculty members are in teaching staff just because they are relatives/family members of management/authorities.Even a first year student knows better than these backdoor craps.
3.Authority's behavior is very rude and harsh to the students.It seems that authority persons are illiterate.They don't hesitate to abuse the girls and beating the students.
4.Not proper interaction of students to the higher authorities of the institutes .Student union is left in very few institutes.Student unions have became road to the main stream of politics.They are very less concerned about the problems of student.
Institute official just think for their own good, ignoring the consequences to be faced by the students.When the above situations take place.Then students have to raise their voice after a limit.Students try to get justice but for this they have to take some serious steps like strike ,protests etc.
It becomes war like situations sometime between officials and the students.But in this war officials have some more powers.They have the futures of the students in their hands.They give threats to the students that they will destroy their futures and careers.This creates a huge gap between students and authorities to be filled rarely.
In this game students loose their precious time to be used for study.They are mentally harassed.These things are hard to recover.
Students are the future of the country which is in RED BOOK now.
